Dormant for a year, almost to the day. Finally, The Hypolloi has risen from the grave!
The main reason for the radio silence has been due to me throwing my entire creative effort into completing my Faction Paradox novella, Rose Coloured Crosshairs, which is now available in limited edition hardback and ebook from Obverse Books.
The beautiful, painted cover is by Lawrence Burton (who did the equally stunning cover for my previous Faction Paradox book, Weapons Grade Snake Oil)
The Hypolloi will recommence its insightful findings and incendiary fiction in a more-than-annual frequency. There is the next instalment of Born On The Fourth World and short story that ties-in with Rose Coloured Crosshairs, coming very soon.
Until then, here is the blurb to my new novella to whet your appetite…
There was a temple at the dawn of time. Except it was not a temple and it was not the dawn of time.
A dreadful thought crossed the man’s mind. Except the thought was not dreadful and mind did not belong to a man.
A tube train arrived at a London Underground station. Except it was not a tube train and it had not arrived at a London Underground station.
The sabre-toothed tiger strode majestically across the ice-age wasteland. Except it was not a sabre-toothed tiger and it was not an ice-age wasteland.
Memories cheat.
But so do Faction Paradox.
